Try your purchase for up to 60 days. If you’re not completely satisfied, simply return it — no questions asked.

Return Conditions

Items must be clean, unworn, and in original condition.

For hygiene reasons, shapewear should be tried on over clean underwear when testing fit.

Please include all original packaging if possible.

If the protective liner is removed or the item shows visible wear, we may offer store credit or exchange instead of a full refund — but we’ll always work with you kindly and fairly.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send simple step-by-step instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship the product back using a trackable method of your choice.

Who Pays for Return Shipping

If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size → customer pays return shipping.

If the item arrived damaged or incorrect → we cover the return cost.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem!
Contact Us at Contact@shapenbloom.com, and we’ll arrange a fast exchange once your original item is returned.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and you’ll get an email confirmation once it’s done.
