Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next working day. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is packed and shipped.

Delivery Time

Standard Delivery (Domestic): 4 to 12 business days after dispatch.

Express Delivery (if selected): 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary slightly during busy seasons, sales, or extreme weather conditions, but we always do our best to keep it fast and smooth.

Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. Tracking may take 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Address Changes

If you made a mistake in your address, please Contact Us using our Contact page within 12 hours of placing the order. Once a package is shipped, we can’t make changes.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within 20 business days, please contact contact us using our Contact page. We’ll work directly with the carrier to locate or replace your package.
